WHY COLORADO GARAGES NEED THIS

Not when the prep is done right. Kit floors peel because the concrete was etched instead of ground, and the coating was too thin to survive hot tires. We grind the slab, repair it, and build the floor in layers with a polyaspartic topcoat made for exactly that abuse.

How long will it last?

With proper prep and application, a professional garage floor coating holds up 10 to 15 years of daily parking in Colorado’s climate. The prep is what makes or breaks it, which is why we never skip the grind.

My garage floor has cracks and pits. Can you still coat it?

Yes. Crack and pit repair comes with every job. We fill and grind the repairs flush before the base coat goes on, so they disappear under the flake.

Do I need to empty the garage?

Yes, the floor needs to be clear wall to wall, including shelving that sits on the slab. We’ll tell you at the estimate what needs to move and for how long.
