This Deposit and Refund Policy explains how Elite Concrete Coatings LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles deposits, payments, cancellations, and refunds for all residential and commercial concrete coating projects. By paying a deposit or scheduling a project with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.

  1. DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT

A deposit of 10% of the total project cost is required to confirm your project booking and secure your place on our schedule. Your project date will not be assigned or held until your deposit has been received.

  • Deposits may be paid by cash, credit card, or electronic bank transfer.
  • We do not accept checks.
  • Your deposit will be applied toward your total project balance.
  • Receipt of your deposit constitutes your acceptance of the written estimate and these terms.
  1. ESTIMATE ACCEPTANCE WINDOW

Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. To lock in your estimate pricing and secure your project date, your 10% deposit must be received within that 30-day window.

If a deposit is not received within 30 days, the estimate expires. A new estimate may be issued at current pricing, which may differ from the original.

  1. REMAINING BALANCE

The remaining project balance (90% of the total project cost) is due in full on the final day of the project, upon satisfactory completion of work.

  • Accepted payment methods: cash, credit card, electronic bank transfer.
  • Checks are not accepted.
  • Invoices not paid on the day of completion may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, or the maximum rate permitted under Colorado law, whichever is less.
  1. CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS

Cancellation More Than 30 Days Before the Scheduled Start Date: If you cancel your project more than 30 days before the scheduled start date, you will receive a full refund of your 10% deposit. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days using the original payment method where possible.

Cancellation Within 30 Days of the Scheduled Start Date: If you cancel your project within 30 days of the scheduled start date, your 10% deposit is forfeited and no refund will be issued. By this point, crew time has been reserved and materials committed specifically for your project.

Weather-Related Reschedules: If we need to reschedule your project due to snow, rain, or unsafe working conditions, this does not constitute a cancellation. Your deposit remains fully intact and your project will be rescheduled at the earliest available date that works for both parties. There is no penalty to the customer for weather-related reschedules.

Company-Initiated Cancellation: If Elite Concrete Coatings LLC cancels your project without cause, you will receive a full refund of your deposit within 5 business days. We will make every reasonable effort to provide advance notice and offer an alternative project date before cancelling.

  1. HOW TO CANCEL

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to be valid. Acceptable written methods are:

  • Email to our address on file

The date and time of your written cancellation message will be used to determine which refund tier applies. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted and do not establish a cancellation date.

  1. CHANGE ORDERS

If you wish to change the scope of work after signing your estimate, a written change order is required before any additional or modified work begins. Change orders may affect the total project cost and timeline. Both parties must sign the change order before revised work commences. No verbal scope changes will be honored.

  1. PROJECT COMPLETION AND DISPUTES

Payment of the final balance indicates your acceptance that the work has been completed to a satisfactory standard. If you have concerns about the quality of work, please raise them with our team before making final payment so we have the opportunity to address them on-site.
